With low levels of acidity, a pleasant bitterness, and a balanced sweetness, this coffee is absolutely beautiful when brewed. In a cup, we taste cantelope, grilled pineapple, cherry, blueberry jam, and mango. We recommend this coffee be made as a pour over, at a 1:14 ratio, for the most balanced cup profile.
